Delivery

Available destinations, shipping methods and charges appear at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on your destination and the shipping option you choose. Tracking details are sent when your order is dispatched.

30-day return requests

Contact mynoelworks@proton.me within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number and reason for returning. Keep the projector, accessories and original packaging together. We will provide the return instructions and address; please do not send it back before receiving instructions.

The product should be complete and in its original condition, without damage caused by misuse. Return shipping for a change of mind is the customer's responsibility. If the product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us with photos so we can arrange an appropriate solution. Once the return is received and inspected, we will confirm the refund to the original payment method. Your payment provider controls when the credit appears.

These terms do not limit any rights that apply under consumer law.

Product setup

Use a stable surface, keep ventilation clear and choose a dim room for the best viewing experience. Streaming subscriptions and projection screens are not included. The Cinema and Mini models have different specifications; please use the details on the page for the model you choose.
